Welcome to Infinigraph! Here are some simple steps to get you started. Once you have logged in with Facebook Connect you will be able to utilize the full benefit of the InfiniGraph platform:

Step 1: Search on a brand name that has a Facebook or Twitter site, or click on Most Popular Searches to the right. You can Add A Brand any time.

Step 2: Access "Trending and Affinity Content" (what content is getting the most action on your brand and around your brands based on consumer social interaction - behavior) and

Step 3: Start increasing your engagement — use Facebook Connect to access on-demand trending optimization, under My Accounts add all your Twitter sites and see all Facebook pages your admin.

Step 4: View "Trending Affinities" on both Facebook and Twitter to find out what brands your audience is most active on. Used directly in Facebook "Interest" Ad buy for bulk access to 500+ interests, contact sales@infinigraph.com.

Step 5: Access "Influencers" — brands and people with the most reach and relevance to your audience, access your Facebook leader board all based on common content shared to most active.

Content Optimizer - How To

All content that trends on a brand is ranked and filtered for Saturday and Sunday postings based on a 7 day rolling average. Only the best content with the highest engagement will show up in your Content Optimizer tab.


  1. Select the number of optimized posts you want to send to each or your social channels. You can post more on Twitter than Facebook just be careful not to over post. i.e. 5 on Twitter and 3 on Facebook. NOTE: your defaults are set under the My Accounts tab. Those accounts set to default will automatically be sent posts to feeds that are set as default accounts.
  2. Facebook and Twitter are separated on both Saturday and Sunday. Make sure you set them independent.
  3. Setting Trend Score is a filter based on quality. See content trend score when you click on Brand Trending tab. The best content with most traction has the highest score. We recommend starting at 80.
  4. You can set up many Schedules on many brands. Please note this will cause overlapping posts, however, they are automatically time optimized and spaced out.

Email notifications are sent to your preferred email on Wednesday and Friday end of day. Emails look like this and prompt you to go into your Content Optimizer queue for edit or removal prior to optimization. Have more questions? contact support@infinigraph.com
